Surmount Energy provides expertise as Green Building Consultants to the design process for green buildings and to help achieve the desired Green Certifications for these buildings in India, U.S and the Middle East. We serve the top global corporations, real-estate developers and architects, as well as Government bodies.

Our areas of competence include USGBC LEED, IGBC Green, GRIHA, QSAS and HRC certifications. We have successfully completed Green Building Certification for projects that collectively exceed 5 million sq. meters of space through our Green Building Consultancy services. These include Residential Buildings, Townships, Commercial Buildings, Factories and Airports. Our clients include Corporations such as Colgate and Siemens and Residential and commercial Builders such as Raheja, Salarpuria, India Bulls, Wadhwa, In Orbit and many more.

We have worked to achieve USGBC LEED^® Commercial Interiors, Platinum Certification for our own office space located in a 40 year old building, The CBD Belapur Station Complex, in Navi Mumbai. We have incorporated some of the leading edge green conservation measures for our own space with the interior work in Architecture, Interiors, MEP, Landscaping and Renewable Energy Power all performed by ourselves.

Our expertise in Building Analysis, Modeling and Simulation is an essential skill in supporting the Green Building Design and Certifications process. Our capabilities extend across a variety of analyses, few of which are required for achieving green certification requirements such as LEED^® (IGBC or USGBC) or GRIHA. These include, Energy Analysis/Simulation; Daylight and Visibility Analysis; Light Pollution Analysis; Solar Insolation Analysis for PV placement; Shadow Analysis; Pollution Analysis and much more.

We bring strong knowledge and experience in commissioning of building systems as well. Our professionals with a broad range of building design, construction, and operational expertise are able to perform both Basic and Advanced Commissioning as per LEED^®, IGBC or GRIHA requirements.
